James Rebhorn, who recently passed, was the actor audiences recognized instantly on the screen whether in hit television shows including “Homeland” as Claire Danes’ father, or as Rebhorn (Jimmy to his friends) would often humorously quip, “That guy in the suit” in countless smash films including “Scent of a Woman,” “Independence Day” and countless luminous titles.

James Rebhorn was known to be gracious, and very generous to his fellow artists. On a sunny, chilled winter morning in the Starbuck’s of his New Jersey hometown, Rebhorn warmly shared his priceless and thoughtful insight on acting to be shared with fellow actors in the book ACTING: Make It Your Business. The recorded interview below has humorous behind-the-scenes industry insight and stories never before revealed. This author is deeply grateful to James Rebhorn for sharing his wisdom and craft with artists worldwide. Thank you, Jimmy.
